Michael leads SPARK’s strategic positioning, campaign development and branding efforts. He has spent more than 20 years building brands at a local, regional and national level. He founded SPARK after seven years of working on some of the biggest brands in the world at Grey Worldwide—including Firestone, Jockey, Canon, Proctor & Gamble, Chapstick, Dove Chocolate, Healthy Choice and many others.
Tony joined SPARK in 2005 and has helped it grow to almost 7 times its original size. As CEO, he’s increased revenue 10 fold and still occasionally hits the waves. As both mentor and motivator for the team, he oversees client strategy, new business development and all aspects of the agency’s business.
