Brand Coordinator

SPARK needs a Brand Coordinator who will support the brand team in managing day-to-day, tactical aspects of projects and client relationships. In this role, you’ll become intimate with agency processes as you work with internal teams throughout every stage of a project. Our clients will rely on your organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

The Role

  • Work with brand managers to schedule and facilitate the flow of information throughout a project, ensuring milestones are met
  • Support the development of project timelines and estimates
  • Assist in the maintenance and distribution of regular status reports and meeting recaps
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for project briefings, internal reviews, and all client meetings
  • Keep projects moving forward and flag potential issues for brand managers
  • Be a proactive problem-solver
  • Communicate consistently and efficiently with all teammates, making sure everyone has a clear expectation of what to deliver and when
  • Actively monitor the progress of a project, align our deliverables against contracts and estimates, and raise any concerns or up-sell opportunities to brand managers
  • Keep your supervisor informed of project status at all times
  • Utilize our project management system (FunctionPoint) to facilitate project kick-offs, revisions, phases, billing, and communications
