Culture Manager

SPARK is looking for a Culture Manager to grow our brand through employee happiness and exceeding client/prospects expectations. We need a passionate individual who brightens up everyone’s day and anticipates the needs of our offices. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, proactive, and positive.

Program Development & Execution

  • Work with agency partners to continue formalizing the culture program at SPARK.
  • Support the creation and implementation of employee-focused culture programs.
  • Responsible for the coordination and organization of agency events including SPARK Days, weekly agency meetings, happy hours, holiday parties, and community service days.
  • Responsible for planning and coordination of team meetings, client meetings, happy hours, lunch & learns, monthly birthday celebrations, and anniversaries.
  • Proactively communicate to agency leadership any new opportunities to grow and support agency culture.
  • Assist agency partners and department directors in finding ways to show employee appreciation.
  • Responsible for upkeep of company calendar and sending reminders in advance of those key dates.

Employee Recruitment & On-Boarding Assistance

  • Work with directors to create a database of roles, responsibilities, recruiting channels, and recruitment budgets
  • Responsible for organizing new employees materials including: desk, computer, email address, server access, Function Point log-in, Vivnt access, and office key.
  • Work with finance manager to maintain HR folders for each employee.
  • Assist leaders with recruitment as needed including posting open positions, sorting through resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Organization & Space

  • Responsible for main company phone line and greeting guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office areas are consistently maintained.
  • Resolve any issues that impact appearance or operation of agency in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors for office related repairs and upgrades.
  • Organize weekly kitchen/garbage duties and verify staff member is fulfilling their duties.
  • Work with finance manager to verify that all office related expenses are within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor and maintain effective levels of agency supplies as needed including office, cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.
  • Keep track of computer inventory and upgrade schedule.
  • Work with client leads to understand client needs.
  • Prepare the conference rooms/ collaboration spaces for meetings.
  • Purchase food/ drinks for meetings as well as client gifts.

Executive Assistance

  • Support agency partners in coordinating of office initiatives as needed including, but not limited to, communications about agency and employee initiatives, creation of new culture programs, and general communications about office and culture needs.
  • Effectively execute ad-hoc requests from agency partners.

Travel Booking

  • Book all travel for agency including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars.
  • Work with finance manager to ensure travel budget is approved prior to booking.
  • Ensure all necessary receipts are gathered, coded and organized for accurate budget tracking.
