As the first ground up Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel and one that was built on the legacy of world-renowned Bern’s Steakhouse, we inherited great expectations. Collaborating with the owners, developers and GM, we crafted a brand to shape the enriching experiences that made Epicurean a favorite for Marriott – and more importantly, the discerning class of today’s travelers.

We defined values around a sense of discovery – Awaken Appetites Unknown and those who crave it.

Every detail was built from this foundation.
