Ready to understand the bridge between a client and creative? Our Brand Interns help us maintain key client relationships, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other departments to keep things running.
Role and responsibilities
Work with Brand Managers to schedule and facilitate the flow of information throughout a project, ensuring milestones such as internal approvals, proofing and client approvals are met
Support development of project timelines and project estimates, and assist with maintenance of regular status reports and meeting recaps
Distributes status reports and meeting recaps to internal teams
Assist in scheduling and preparing for project briefings, internal reviews and all client meetings
Communicate consistently and efficiently with all teammates, making sure everyone has the right information on time and a clear understanding of what and when they are expected to deliver
Actively monitor the progress of a project, align our deliverables against contracts and estimates and flag any concerns to the Brand team
Keep your mentor informed of project status at all times
Be responsible for utilizing our project management systems to assist with the facilitation of project kick-offs, revisions, phases, billing and communications (currently FunctionPoint)
Requirements
Currently majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field
Strong organizational skills and very high attention to detail are essential
Experience with Mac operating system & software is preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is very helpful
Positive and upbeat personality with a strong willingness to learn
