Media Management
- Assist with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client reports on campaign performance
- Monitor active digital media campaigns and provide recommendations to the media team
- Assist with initial campaign setup in digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Sizmek
- Create proof of performance documents for clients, showing that ad placements ran as planned
- Assist with larger client presentations by helping turn raw data into takeaways and insights
- Provide support on SEO initiatives by monitoring organic queries, providing keyword insights, and opportunities for organic growth
Research
- Pull market and audience research as needed and maintain agency research databases
- Assist with keyword research and develop targeting recommendations for digital campaigns
- Research new or unique media placements for agency clients and present findings to the media team
Operations Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls that come in on SPARK’s main line
- Greet guests upon arrival at SPARK
- Assist with office management
- Organize and deliver mail once delivered
- Assist with Happy Hour coordination
- Communicate with various media vendors regarding media proposals, plans, buys, reports, and invoices
- Scan and file internal documents into their proper locations and maintain overall file organization
- Reconcile media invoices against booked placements to determine discrepancies and make-goods
