Production Manager

SPARK is on the lookout for a Production Manager to lead the creatives responsible for executing our brand systems and ad campaigns. With some serious know-how, our Production Managers can translate ideas to just about any medium. By incorporating technical nuances into concepting, educating us on latest methods, and seeing specs as more than check boxes, they improve processes across the agency.

The Basics

6-10 years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand or advertising agency
Experience managing or leading team with multiple direct reports
Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in a variety of advertising media including TV, OOH, and digital

  • Lead team of 1-2 direct reports

Experience & Qualities:

  • 6-10 years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand or advertising agency
  • Experience managing or leading team with multiple direct reports
  • Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in a variety of advertising media including TV, OOH, and digital
  • Flawless file prep
  • Mastery of design principles for type, shape, color and photography
  • Educator of specs
  • Mastery of various production techniques including print, digital and experiential
  • Mastery of creative and technical production software Creative Cloud, Sketch, etc
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar
