Role and responsibilities
Understanding of social media platforms and their functionality
Active social listening on social media platforms
Organizing and sourcing user-generated content from social media channels and dedicated hashtags or keywords
Manage permissions and authorization of user-generated content
Competitive research
Reconcile media invoices with proof of performance
Package and prepare advocate ‘thank you’ gifts
Develop and schedule weekly editorial calendars for social posts, utilizing various streams of content
Assist with reporting by categorizing posts
Maintain and update digital marketing calendars with national and trending holidays
Identify community events and Twitter chats that would be advantageous for managed brands
Join in on concepting meetings
Assist with social photo shoots (i.e. setup, purchasing props or modeling)
Assist in influencer marketing related research and projects
Assisting the Studios Producers with production tasks, including keeping shoot details organized and up to date, as well as researching shoot locations
Filling out permits
Coordinating vendors and freelancers
Prop shopping/organizing
Wardrobe shopping/organizing
Researching clients
Posting casting calls
Reviewing auditions
Creating pre-production documents, including call sheets and production booklets
Requirements
Currently majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
Photography & video editing skills
Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
Strong organizational skills and very high attention to detail are essential.
Experience with Mac operating system & software is preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is very helpful
Basic experience with Google Analytics or Google AdWords is helpful
Social media and technology savvy
Positive and upbeat personality with a strong willingness to learn
