Senior Motion Designer/Editor

SPARK is seeking a Motion Designer/Editor who is eager to collaborate on creating meaningful, memorable and measurable brand work. You are a visual storyteller with an eye for great design and a strong passion to create national attention worthy work. You are a multi-tasker who can deliver motion graphics, film/video editing, animation for various media – TV, online video, display and social media. Looking for someone who is equally excited about collaborating with the creative team to develop concepts and style boards as they are about getting behind the screen to focus on the details. The Basics

Minimum 5 year experience with motion design and editing.

Concepting/Pre-Production

Works collaboratively with creative team to develop concepts for video content
Proactively contributes conceptual and executional ideas to improve quality of end product
Actively shares new editing/animation techniques, style inspiration and reference visuals to inspire creative team leads
Collaborates early and often with all teams to bring storyboards to life

Post-Production

Offers multiple edit options
Effectively manages time and tasks with multiple projects and deadlines
Embraces a collaborative edit process
Proactively communicates ideas and opportunities for visual storytelling throughout the post-production process
Demonstrates attention to detail with project labeling and file management

Experience

Minimum 5 year experience with motion design and editing.
Experience with digital technology and Premier editing software packages
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
Familiarity with after effects title and vector animation (3D not required, though highly-valued)
Color correction in Lumetri and Davinci
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
