Stoked for Nonprofits 2024 Application Rules & Restrictions

The Stoked for Nonprofits 2024 program is open to nonprofit organizations with a mission supporting the environment. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The Stoked for Nonprofits Application will be open for submissions from October 2, 2023 through November 5, 2023.

Spark Branding House, Inc., a collaborative creative agency that helps brands ignite their true potential (“Spark”), will review all qualified entries and select the nonprofit that, in Spark’s judgment, makes the most compelling case for a complete rebrand or new creative campaign.

 The Stoked for Nonprofits Winner will receive a comprehensive rebrand of their nonprofit’s positioning and identity or campaign concept and executional elements provided by the professionals at Spark at no cost. The applicant must select either the rebrand or the campaign. Each package is valued at $100K and only one applicant and one package will be awarded.

Enter for the Stoked for Nonprofits 2023/24 initiative by completing the application form with the required information and submitting why your nonprofit or the nonprofit you are nominating should be chosen. Entrants who do not complete all fields of the submission form will not be considered.

The winner will be selected on the following basis: 

  1. The entrant is a nonprofit organization,
  2. Whose submission clearly communicates in a compelling way why it and its cause would benefit from a rebrand or creative campaign, and 
  3. Which is prepared to give SPARK full creative freedom, and
  4. Which receives the unanimous approval of Spark’s selection committee.
  5. Be available to kick the project off at the start of January 2024 and complete by the end of April 2024 and,
  6. Commit to having key decision makers involved throughout the process and,
  7. Have been in operation for minimum of 2 years.

Shortlisted nonprofits will be contacted by November 22, 2023 and interviews will be scheduled within two weeks of Spark’s outreach. Should the nonprofit not be available during that time to meet with Spark’s selection committee, their application will be deemed ineligible.

The winner will be announced via Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram on January 10, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. EST.

The Stoked for Nonprofits 2023/24 program (“Program”) begins October 2, 2023 at 9:00 AM EST and ends November 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

By entering the Program when uploading a photo to Facebook through the Facebook Tab, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all of the rules, terms and conditions stated here.

  1.  All entries must be submitted by November 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.
  2.  Application forms must be completed in full.
  3. Spark shall not be responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; or for errors in mechanical transmission or other technical difficulties.
  4. By entering the Program, each entrant agrees to allow the use of its information and completed work, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, for use in marketing materials by Spark and its affiliates, without further compensation.
  5. The Program is open to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.  Employees of Spark Branding House, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Program prize suppliers, and participating advertisers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. “Immediate family members” means parents, siblings, spouses, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption or cohabitation, and anyone living in the same household, whether related or not. Spark Branding House, Inc.,’s determination as to eligibility is final and binding.
  6. Spark will choose three finalists by November 22, 2023 and conduct an interview process in-person or by videoconference from November 27, 2023 through December 28, 2023. SPARK will post the Program Winner to its Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram on January 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
  7. Spark reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that they suspect of vote rigging or vote buying.
  8. Spark will notify the Winner via email by December 22, 2023. If Spark Branding House, Inc., representative is unable to communicate directly to a Winner by 5:00 p.m. EST two business days following the day contact is first attempted, that Winner will be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize, and the entrant receiving the next-highest vote count will be awarded that prize. As necessary, the process continues until the prize has been awarded.
  9. All federal, state and local taxes, fees, and surcharges, and any necessary or appropriate insurance, are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner agrees to pay all such taxes, fees, and surcharges and is responsible for furnishing proof of insurance if and as required by law. Winner must agree to hold the Spark harmless from any and all liability for damages or losses of any nature incurred in connection with use of the prize.
  10. Program rules shall be construed by Spark in accordance with Florida law in its sole and final judgment. All other federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the secure operation of this Program will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Spark reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or amend this Program at any time in any circumstances.
  11. By entering the Program, the entrant, for itself and its representatives, beneficiaries, agents, successors and assigns and anyone else claiming by or it waives, covenants not to sue and fully releases and forever discharges any and all rights, claims or causes of action whatsoever that he/she/they/it may have against Spark arising directly or indirectly out of entrant’s participation in the Program. For purposes of this waiver and release, “Spark” includes Spark Branding House, Inc., and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees.  This waiver and release covers, without limitation, any damage, liability, cost, attorneys’ fees and expenses whatsoever, whether known or unknown and whether foreseeable or not. Spark reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Program, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Spark is not responsible for typographical or other errors in printing, the offering, or the administration of the Program or in the announcement of the prize.
  12. The Sponsor of the Program is Spark Branding House, Inc., 2309 W Platt Street Tampa, FL 33609. Hard copies of these Program rules will be sent by mail upon request accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
