We partnered with HHM Hospitality to rebrand Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Originally opened in 1940, the South Beach icon was in need of an update. Taking a page from European hospitality, we shifted away from neon and Miami pinks to create something reminiscent of the South of France. The result is a classic and chic brand evidenced in everything from signage and collateral to uniforms and experiences.
Our color palette of white, shades of navy and coral accents, create a sophisticated, European look with a Miami twist. We carefully selected colors and materials for all brand elements from business cards to button-ups.
Like fashion designers, we approached this brand with attention to detail. From the brand to uniforms, we tailored each element to fit our new European South Beach style.
It was important that the brand didn’t just look distinct, it needed to feel distinct from check-in to check-out. So we created a digital operations guide to onboard employees and supply them with actionable methods to bring the brand to life through guest experience.
