Leslie’s Pools was known for pool maintenance and repair but was mostly seen as a retailer for fixing problems, limiting long-term sales and loyalty. To elevate their perception they were using celebrities, but it wasn’t effective. We developed a program using smaller, more relevant influencers, fostering relatable connections with the right audience, driving sustained customer relationships, and increasing sales—all for less money.
