MarineMax was looking for a brand design agency, so we collaborated with the nation’s largest boat retailer to help unite 55+ dealerships through brand repositioning. After analyzing market research and brainstorming with the MarineMax team, we created 4 different customer segments. Built on the universal truths of boating, the new brand positioning strategy had a foundational impact that not only connected a diverse range of consumers and employees, but increased the company’s web traffic, sales, and stock price.
