We created Stoked to provide nonprofit organizations with design and creative services. Since our first rebrand of the summer camp Special Camp for Special Kids, we have worked on multiple pro bono client initiatives - from creating a campaign to end shark finning in Florida to highlighting stories of racial injustice. Not only do we provide our professional services to these worthy organizations, but also have dedicated all-staff volunteer days to give back to charities in our local communities.
Many smaller nonprofits invest their money in their cause — not their brand. So every year, the SPARK team selects a nonprofit to rebrand or creative campaign for free. They share their compelling mission, we bring the creativity and strategy. At the end of it all, we provide a brand or campaign with easy-to-use guides that ensure the organization stays consistent and effective long after the project. We’ve been lucky enough to work with:
As a summer camp for children and young adults of varying abilities, each session of Special Camp is a life-changing experience. However, Special Camp’s brand couldn’t communicate that. What began as a conversation with Truthshine’s founders, Tony Collins and Steve Sanger, turned into a passion project and then into a platform to highlight stories of racial injustice. Along the way, we got an education about our own community. Truthshine exists to reveal local stories that have been hidden, masked, or overlooked in the nostalgic storytelling of our city histories, built on the notion that we must help share a more complete understanding in order to create true justice.
We also help local charities create compelling content for education and fundraising. We offer our award-winning studio to concept, shoot, and edit brand videos that showcase the nonprofit’s life-changing work. We’ve created video content for:
Academy Prep Center of Tampa is a rigorous private middle school for at-risk children in Tampa, FL. They give students extended hours of education, life skills, community engagement, and a sense of confidence not always present at home or in their neighborhoods. In preparation for their yearly donor appreciation event, Academy Prep needed a video that captured this impact.
We aren’t afraid of getting our hands dirty. Each quarter, we take a half-day to go out into the community and volunteer our time. We’ve sorted food, cared for animals, and collected donations for an at-risk shelter for families. Our team has partnered with:
