Launching a New Chapter for Happen Bank

A true rebrand is never just cosmetic. It takes more than a new name and logo to transform your identity. The hard part comes when you have to start building systems, stories, and experiences that make a brand feel real to the people it serves. When LendingClub transitioned to Happen Bank (Nasdaq: HAPN), that’s where the real work began, and it’s what brought SPARK and Monigle together to help make it happen.

On June 22, 2026, LendingClub officially became Happen Bank. To bring the new brand to life across both brand storytelling and performance marketing, they partnered with SPARK. The positioning and logo had already been established by Prophet, giving the project a strong strategic foundation to build from.

From there, the work was about expanding the foundation into a system the organization could actually use, across every touchpoint, internal and external. To do that, SPARK partnered with Monigle, a fellow member of the Worldwide Partners, Inc. (WPI) network, bringing together complementary strengths that made the collaboration a natural fit from the start.

SPARK brought experience building emotionally resonant storytelling and marketing systems. Monigle brought expertise in operationalising brands across organizations and employee experiences. Together, they covered the full picture — exactly what Happen Bank needed.

What followed was a process that blurred the lines between teams in the best possible way. Happen Bank noted that working with SPARK and Monigle felt seamless — they never quite knew where one team ended and another began. For both agencies, that was exactly the goal. It’s also a reflection of what the WPI network makes possible when the right partners come together.
