With Leslie’s most critical sales season ahead of them – Pool Season – we worked together to build a campaign that brought more balance to their existing tagline of “We Know Pools.” This campaign kept a sense of expertise while driving an emotional brand connection to elevate and expand brand perception.
The national spot was designed to create emotional connections while also giving a nod to their scale. Leslie’s expertise makes these moments possible.
A series of more transactional videos highlighted the varied reasons to shop at Leslie’s – the millions of pools they’ve helped, the smart online shopping options they provide, and the perks program they can provide through their national scale.
We shot diverse lifestyle photography and developed usage guidelines to create brand and campaign continuity in direct mail, digital, and email marketing efforts led by their in-house team.
With deep knowledge of the Leslie’s brand and audience, we extended our partnership to managing Leslie’s social media platforms. Through strategy, community management, and content creation we take a social-first approach to authentically deliver on the brand promise of “We know pools.”
