To help Texas Children’s Hospital continue growing, we expanded on our original human resources campaign to create a values-based careers site and healthcare marketing tool that would be viewed by over 1 million prospects in just 3 years.
More than just a portal for job postings, TexasChildrensPeople.org communicates how Texas Children’s applies their values to care for not only their patients, but their employees.
To visualize how truly amazing it is to work at Texas Children’s, we took a non-traditional approach to healthcare marketing. We photographed employees across multiple campuses and physician offices and created interview videos of multiple team members with very diverse backgrounds and disciplines to tell the story of how Texas Children’s helped them succeed. It’s not just about statistics anymore, but about real employees at every level and in every department.
The website is constantly updated with a diverse range of “superstar” doctors, nurses, and staff sharing stories of growth, success, and day-to-day experiences.
TexasChildrensPeople.org has been a crucial recruitment tool for Texas Children’s human resources team, helping them hire over 9,000 new employees with 3x more out-of-state applications than ever before.
