SPARK Named Brand Identity and Strategic Partner for Gas Worx Development

SPARK has been selected by KETTLER and Darryl Shaw as the strategic brand and marketing partner for Gas Worx, a redevelopment project for a historic area in Tampa nestled between historic Ybor and Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.

This 50-acre master-planned development will consist of apartment complexes and condo towers with as many as 5,000 homes, a community park, up to 500,000 square feet of office space, and 150,000 square feet of retail.
